How much is shipping?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Our super saver US shipping rate is $4.95 for a single item that isn't heavy or large.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. If for some reason we can't get your order to you, you will receive a full refund.

How do I track my package?

  • We will email you with all of your order information as soon as we have a tracking number available! Sometimes it takes a few days for the tracking number to provide useful information, we like to wait and send it to you only once it will be helpful!

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • COVID-19 UPDATE: Shipping is unpredictable right now, especially internationally. We can't guarantee a delivery window, please be understanding if you do choose to order! We estimate delivery in 10-40 business days.
  • We use designers from all over the world to bring unique specialty items to our customers. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

  • Due to our unique worldwide distribution model, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! 

Where do your items come from?

  • ThriveBlue is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world! Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. We go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff. 


Basic Refund Policy

  • All of ThriveBlue's items have at minimum, a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item, or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund. Just let us know within 30 days after you receive your item. If a mistake ever happens at our end, we will take care of the costs to fix it!
